What Do I Do
I help people achieve personal satisfaction and peace of mind by helping them to control anxiety and stress.
I can help you come to terms with an abusive past, help with relationships, find your way through the grieving process, as well as cope with depression, anxiety and stress related issues. My training enables me to use various models of Counselling to promote a feeling of well being, acceptance, to be come at peace with ourselves, overcoming general feelings of sadness.
I have a background in adoption and fostering and as a result I have 25yrs experience of helping children and young people with difficulties.
I may be help you to control fears, phobias and break bad habits, replacing them with good, positive behaviour.
Change is difficult at first, challenging in the middle, but amazing in the end.
The BACP and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society
The BACP and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society are professional bodies whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of counselling expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The NCPS and BACP registers are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. This therapist has indicated that they belong to both of these Accredited Registers.
